Registration Information

We are a small, organic community garden nurtured on the grounds of St. Stephen’s Lutheran Church in beautiful Monona, WI. PHCG offers 18 garden plots, roughly 10×10, on a sliding fee scale to encourage gardening at all economic levels. Raised bed plots are also available.

Plots

Traditional Garden Plot
Plots are approximately 10×10; when available multiple plots can be combined. Plots are allocated on a first come, first served basis. Each traditional plot includes one hay or straw bale for mulching.
$20-50 depending on household income.

Raised Bed Garden Plot
Raised beds measure approximately 4×8 and are seated inside of a traditional 10×10 plot. Gardeners with raised bed plots may opt to plant solely in the raised bed or combine the raised bed with the remaining plot space as they wish. Raised bed plots do not include hay bales.
$25-40 depending on household income.
